This role is a contract assignment at Palo Alto Networks. Contractors will not be employed by Palo Alto Networks but through our trusted staffing partners. Job Responsibilities: • Provide guidance and assistance to the team to enable effective customer deployment and customization of their XDR / XSIAM platform throughout the customer lifecycle. • Ensure the team acts as the product SME, assisting customers with their product questions and technical requirements. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams, ensuring customers and partners get the most out of our products. Job Skills: • Experience with development and maintenance of scripts in Python. • Familiarity with cloud technologies, providers (such as GCP, AWS, Azure) and use-cases.
