Role Description The Customer Success Executive, who will act as a key point for client success, ensuring successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support of our SaaS based ERP and LMS platforms. • Assist with smooth onboarding and implementation of the premium clients. • Providing timely support and follow-up for client requirements. • Improving client engagement • Coordinating closely with internal teams to address operational or technical requirements related to these deals. • Willing To Travel (Based on Demand Only)
