Role Overview: We are looking for a Customer Success Executive (Fresher) who is passionate about customer relationships, problem-solving, and technology. This role is ideal for candidates at the start of their careers who want hands-on exposure to SaaS, telematics, and customer success operations. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in onboarding new customers and guiding them on product usage. • Actively engage with customers to understand their goals and challenges. • Provide first-level support, coordinate issue resolution, and ensure timely follow-ups. • Monitor customer usage and proactively identify opportunities to improve adoption. • Maintain accurate customer records, interactions, and updates. • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams for seamless customer experience. • Support customer retention initiatives and satisfaction tracking. • Participate in client meetings, reviews, and on-site visits when required. • Gather customer feedback and share insights for continuous product improvement. Required Qualifications & Skills: • MBA (Preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. • 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. • Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-site visits. • Basic analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing SaaS environment. • Proficiency in using Sheet, CSM and basic reporting. • Interest or familiarity with software, SaaS, telematics, or IoT is a plus.
