Customer Success Executive – Data & Client Operations
About the job
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive – Data & Client Operations to support client engagement, MIS reporting, data management, and operational coordination. This role will work closely with internal operations teams and client stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, smooth data flow, timely escalations, and effective payroll coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Data & MIS Management - Manage and maintain operational data across Excel, Google Sheets, and internal systems. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for internal teams and clients. - Client & Stakeholder Coordination - Act as a point of contact for assigned clients for data sharing, reporting, and updates. - Understand client requirements and ensure accurate and timely data delivery. - Payroll & Compliance Support - Support payroll data preparation, validation, and reconciliation.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
