Candidate Profile We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to drive post-sales customer engagements and continuously improve the customer experience. • Drive all post-sales customer engagements to success • Continuously work on recording feedback via client surveys and make maximum use of feedback to bring changes • Cross-sell and up-sell activities to support revenue growth The ideal candidate will have: • A minimum 4-10 years of experience in after-sales/customer service, preferably with expertise in managing cross-functional teams • An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, ability to collect data through analytics documentation reports metrics
