About the job

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our Security Operations Center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and successful implementation of our security solutions. Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for SOC clients. - Understand client goals and challenges. - Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technical, and support teams. - Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and performance assessments with clients. - Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback.
