We're looking for someone who can help new business owners get set up on the platform, make sure they're getting value from the tools, and turn them into happy long-term customers. About Revfer We built an AI platform that helps small businesses compete with bigger companies. Customer service automation that handles questions 24/7, content generation for social media and email, review management, smart analytics, and a community discovery platform where consumers find businesses through trusted recommendations instead of paid ads. The product is live at As we bring on new business owners, we need someone making sure they actually succeed on the platform. What You'll Do • Onboarding new business owners onto the platform — walking them through setup, helping them configure their AI customer service, and making sure their profile is complete • Teaching business owners how to use the tools — content generation, review management, analytics — in a way that makes sense to non-technical people • Checking in with active users to make sure they're getting value and identifying any issues before they become reasons to cancel • Collecting feedback from users about what's working, what's confusing, and what they wish the platform did • Identifying upsell opportunities — free users who would benefit from premium features • Building help documentation, FAQs, and onboarding guides so we can eventually scale this without needing a person for every new signup • Working with our technical founder to flag bugs, suggest improvements, and prioritize features based on what customers actually need You'll be the voice of the customer inside the company. What you learn from helping real business owners will directly shape the product. Work Arrangement This is designed for someone with a full-time job. Most onboarding calls and check-ins happen evenings and weekends when business owners are available. We expect 10-15 hours per week of consistent commitment. This transitions to full-time paid as we grow. Compensation • Equity stake with vesting schedule • Deferred performance bonuses tied to customer retention and engagement milestones — paid out at funding or revenue trigger • Full-time salary begins when Revfer closes seed funding or reaches a pre-defined revenue target • Keep your current job Who You Are • You've done customer success, onboarding, account management, or support before — ideally for a software or SaaS product • You're patient and good at explaining things to people who aren't technical • You genuinely enjoy helping people figure things out and seeing them succeed • You can spot when someone is struggling before they tell you • You're organized — you can keep track of multiple customers at different stages without dropping the ball • You're comfortable working independently without a lot of structure • You want to be early at something and help shape how a company treats its customers Nice to Have • Experience working with small business owners specifically • Background in SaaS customer success or onboarding • Familiarity with CRM or customer success tools like Intercom, HubSpot, or similar • Experience creating help docs, tutorials, or training materials • Bilingual (English + Hindi or Spanish) is a plus given our US and global market.
