Job Description: • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and goals. • Act as the liaison between clients and our product and development teams to ensure client requirements are met. • Develop account plans and strategies to drive revenue growth, up-sell & cross-sell opportunities. • Collaborate with the customer support team and product managers to tailor our solutions to meet client-specific needs. • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. • Provide regular reports and updates to internal teams and clients. • Keep a track of customers’ renewal billings and milestone-based payments. • Share consolidated platform usage reports internally & discuss ways to improve ROI for the customers & the company. • Follow up on the payments in coordination with the Projects & Finance Team. • Ensure all foreseen challenges in upcoming billings & renewals are resolved in time, & Renewal agreements are signed in-time. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or Computer Science. • Proven experience in key account management or strategic account management within the SaaS industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. • Knowledge of HR function-specific solutions and SaaS platforms.
