The company is a Gurugram-based tech company modernising supply chains through its cloud-based platform, Inventify, which uses AI and IoT to improve distributor management, asset tracking, and operational efficiency for leading brands. Job Brief: Responsible for onboarding customers, ensuring smooth SaaS adoption, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction and retention. Position Customer Success Manager / Technical Account Manager (SaaS) Industry - SaaS (Software as a Service) / Supply Chain Technology Location - Gurgaon (Work From Home option available) Experience - 6 months to 2 years Educational Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Preferred Skills:• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud-based applications• Experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or client-facing roles• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the technical team• Excellent communication skills to engage technical and business stakeholders• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities• Experience with CRM tools and enterprise software systems
