Please DO NOT APPLY if you do not meet those requirements. About the Role Mad Monkey is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success & Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is a perfect blend of customer service, order management, and operational support. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers and play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations—from answering queries to fulfilling and shipping orders, updating the website, and managing product printing. Key Responsibilities Customer Support: • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, social media, and chat. • Provide accurate information related to products, order status, tracking updates, and website navigation. • Resolve product or service concerns with a customer-first mindset. Order Fulfillment & Operations: • Process and fulfill orders using Shopify and shipping service platforms. • Generate and update shipping details including tracking numbers. Website & Product Management: • Update product listings, descriptions, prices, and images on the Mad Monkey website. • Coordinate with the design/production team for accurate product representation. • Assist in inventory tracking and stock updates. Social Media Monitoring: • Manage and respond to customer messages and comments on social platforms. • Flag urgent or high-priority customer issues for internal resolution. Basic Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Commerce, or a related field. • Strong communication skills in English and Telugu (verbal and written). • Basic understanding of customer service principles. • Proficient in using Shopify or willingness to learn quickly. • Familiarity with order tracking and shipping platforms. Preferred Requirements • 1+ year of experience in customer service, e-commerce operations, or related roles. • Working knowledge of Canva, basic image editing tools, or product uploading.
