What you’ll do As a Solution Customer Success Manager (SCSM) you will act as a trusted advisor a for customers adopting SAP Supply Chain Management solutions. You will own the post-sales customer success lifecycle, while also bringing domain and solution expertise to accelerate value realization, drive adoption, mitigate risk, and identify expansion opportunities.
