About the job
As a Customer Success professional at Concentric AI, you will play a crucial role in driving adoption, retention, and long-term value for our enterprise customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing customer data on the Concentric platform to identify data risks, trends, and anomalies - Developing and recommending data risk remediation strategies based on insights - Preparing and presenting data risk and security posture reports to customers - Handholding customers through the implementation of remediation strategies - Acting as a trusted data security advisor, providing subject-matter expertise and strategic guidance aligned with customer goals - Owning end-to-end customer onboarding: environment setup, configuration, and feature walkthroughs - Delivering hands-on product training and driving adoption across customer teams - Proactively identifying and mitigating churn risks - Conducting regular usage reviews, QBRs/MBRs, and supporting renewal and expansion conversations - Troubleshooting customer issues and coordinating with Engineering, Product, and Support for timely resolution For this role, we are looking for individuals with: - 3-10 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar roles in a B2B SaaS environment - Strong experience with data analysis ability to extract meaningful insights from large data sets and identify patterns, risks, and anomalies - Experience working with enterprise customers, preferably large North American clients - Good understanding of cybersecurity and/or data security concepts (preferred) - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Join us at Concentric AI to be a part of a dynamic and innovative organization dedicated to pushing the boundaries of data security.
