Working remotely, you’ll engage with leaders and key stakeholders nationwide through phone calls and virtual meetings - building trust, identifying needs, and supporting customers to get the most from a proven SaaS platform. You’ll be backed by a supportive, values-driven team, enabling you to focus on building strong relationships and maximizing retention. Success will be measured by customer engagement and retention across your assigned portfolio.
