Role: Customer Success & Sales Specialist We are looking for a Customer Success & Sales Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad (Madhapur). This is a full-time, on-site role. In this role, you will work closely with customers to help them succeed with RAVES. You will handle customer questions, support day-to-day needs, and work with the sales team to grow and retain customers. What You’ll Do: • Support customers by answering questions and resolving issues. • Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a good experience. • Understand customer needs and suggest the right solutions. • Work with the sales team to support demos, follow-ups, and deal closures. • Help onboard new customers and guide them in using the platform. • Share customer feedback with internal teams to improve the product. What We’re Looking For: • Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset. • Interest in customer success, sales, or account management. • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment. • Basic problem-solving and analytical skills. • Prior customer-facing experience is helpful but not mandatory. • Familiarity with SaaS or CRM tools is a plus, but not required.
