Role Description We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Success Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Daily tasks include assisting customers with product-related support, gathering feedback to improve services, and facilitating seamless customer experiences. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs and ensure a smooth journey from onboarding to post-sale support. Qualifications • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities • Proficient Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data-driven insights • Ability to build interpersonal relationships with customers and team members • Proactive and results-oriented with effective time-management and organizational skills • Experience in the leather or manufacturing industry is an advantage • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred
