We are building the world's first Super App for Global Income Tax. We are looking for a data-driven, execution-oriented Operations Manager to take full ownership of a specific Business Unit (BU), drive process excellence, and deliver world-class customer experiences. We’re looking for a Customer Success Team Lead to lead, mentor, and scale our CS function at Prosperr.io. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the Customer Success team • Drive onboarding, training, support & customer satisfaction • Track daily team productivity & success metrics (CSAT/NPS/NPS) • Handle escalations and ensure strong customer relationships • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product & Support teams • Improve retention, engagement, and customer experience Requirements: • 1–2 years of experience in team handling (CS/Support) • Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills • Customer-first mindset • Proficient in MS Office & quick at learning new tools • Sales experience is a plus Bonus: • SaaS/Fintech or client success background • Understanding of customer lifecycle & retention strategies Why join us? • High-growth fintech startup • Build and lead a core business function • Make a direct impact on customers and growth
