We develop and manage world-class ECD centers. Your Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Customer Support Associate to join our team. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Reach out to potential parents and explain the benefits of the school's programs. • Handling Inquiries: Attend to incoming calls and emails, providing comprehensive information. • Appointment Scheduling: Encourage parents to visit the school. • Data Management: Maintain a detailed record of inquiries, follow-ups, and successful admissions.
