Customer Support Specialist
About the job
Role & responsibilities • Deliver exceptional customer service at the ITS Walk-up. • Provide hardware/software support and manage IT assets. • Install and configure standard laptop/desktop images. • Support mobile devices: setup, activation, troubleshooting. • Handle A/V equipment setup and support for meetings. • Assist with LAN/WAN/telephony tasks as needed. • Interface with customers, vendors, and internal teams. • Maintain documentation and adhere to service processes. • Provide emergency after-hours support on rotation. • Promote ITS services and build strong user relationships.
