Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager with 10+ years of overall project management experience, including significant exposure to cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead complex security programs, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of cybersecurity projects aligned with business and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end cybersecurity projects and programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure • Manage projects related to security architecture, IAM, SOC, SIEM, cloud security, data protection, GRC, vulnerability management, and incident response • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers, and communication plans • Coordinate with CISO office, security architects, IT, compliance, risk, legal, and business stakeholders • Track and report project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to senior leadership • Ensure alignment with security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, SOC2, PCI DSS, etc.) • Manage third-party vendors, MSSPs, and security tool implementations • Drive change management and stakeholder adoption for security initiatives • Ensure projects meet regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements • Support incident response and remediation projects when required • Continuously improve project delivery processes and governance models Required Skills & Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in Project / Program Management • 5+ years of experience managing cybersecurity or information security projects • Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains: • Network & Infrastructure Security • Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Identity & Access Management (IAM) • GRC, Risk & Compliance • SOC, SIEM, IR, Vulnerability Management • Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies • Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, etc.) • Strong risk management, budgeting, and vendor management skills • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities Certifications (Preferred / Mandatory) • PMP / PRINCE2 / PgMP • CISM, CISSP, or CRISC (preferred) • Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe) – a plus
