We are seeking a Cybersecurity Technical Delivery Manager with strong experience in enterprise security service delivery, vulnerability management, and regulatory compliance. This role will lead large-scale security operations across multiple technology domains, ensuring secure, compliant, and SLA-driven delivery aligned with RBI, SEBI, and ISO 27001 standards. You will act as the single point of accountability for cybersecurity delivery, governance, audits, and stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners. Cybersecurity Technical Delivery Manager | Mumbai (Andheri) | 12-15Y | WFO | Quick Joiners |🛡️ Key Responsibilities Security Service Delivery & Governance Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity services across: DLP, Email Security, Endpoint Security IAM / PAM WAF, Encryption Vulnerability Management Define SLAs, track KPIs, and ensure timely execution of security initiatives. Manage service delivery across vendors, partners, and internal teams. Technology Oversight Hands-on governance experience with: • DLP: Forcepoint • Email Security: Trend Micro, Mimecast • IAM: Silverfort, SailPoint • PAM: ARCON, CyberArk • WAF: Cloudflare, Imperva • Encryption: Trellix, Symantec • Vulnerability Management: Tenable / Nessus, Qualys Vulnerability & Risk Management • Oversee the complete vulnerability lifecycle: scanning, validation, prioritization, remediation, and closure. • Apply risk-based prioritization using Tenable/Nessus and Qualys. • Map vulnerabilities to business risk and track remediation through dashboards and reports. Compliance, Audit & GRC Ensure compliance with: • RBI Master Directions • SEBI Cybersecurity Guidelines • DPDP Act • ISO 27001 Conduct gap assessments and maintain risk treatment plans. Support ISO 27001 audits, ISMS documentation, and evidence management. Maintain risk registers, manage exceptions, compensating controls, and policy deviations. Work closely with auditors, infra/app teams, and leadership. Reporting & Stakeholder Management • Develop executive dashboards and security posture reports. • Present risk exposure, delivery metrics, and compliance status to leadership. • Act as the primary escalation point for cybersecurity delivery issues. 🎓 Qualifications & Experience • 12–15 years of experience in cybersecurity service delivery, risk management, and compliance • Proven experience managing large teams (30–50 members) • Strong exposure to banking / financial services / regulated environments • Deep understanding of RBI & SEBI cybersecurity frameworks • Hands-on experience with Tenable/Nessus, Qualys, and GRC platforms Certifications (Preferred) • ISO 27001 Lead Auditor • CISSP / CISM / CRISC / CISA • PMP or ITIL (Service Delivery Management) ⭐ Key Skills • Cybersecurity service delivery governance • Vulnerability & risk management • Regulatory compliance (RBI, SEBI, ISO 27001) • Executive & stakeholder communication • Risk quantification & reporting • Vendor & team management Applly Here !!!
