D2C Growth Lead - Acquisition & Retention

Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office) We’re looking for a proactive and curious D2C Growth Lead - Acquisition & Retention to join our team. This role mirrors the responsibilities of our in-house D2C strategist and focuses on supporting clients with growth across their direct-to-consumer (D2C) platforms, including Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp & Klaviyo, and Ad Creative execution. Key Responsibilities - Assist in managing and optimizing D2C stores (mainly Shopify-based). - Coordinate and support the execution of ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. - Lead Influencer & Creator Partnerships for UGC Videos. - Overlook Retention Marketing Team. - Help design, brief, or review ad creatives in collaboration with the design team. - Support in setting up and refining WhatsApp automation flows using tools like Interakt, WATI, or similar. - Monitor key performance metrics and assist in creating growth strategies. - Research competitor D2C strategies and consumer trends to offer actionable insights. - Collaborate cross-functionally with content, creative, and paid media teams. What We’re Looking For - Strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing. - Basic understanding of platforms like Shopify, Meta Ads, and Google Ads. - Bonus if familiar with D2C tools like Klaviyo, Interakt, or similar. - Creative eye for ad design and content hooks. - Detail-oriented with strong coordination and communication skills. - Eager to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
