D2C Sales Executive (Residential Rooftop Solar) Location: Faridabad / Delhi NCR (Field + Office) Experience: 1–4 Years in B2C / D2C Sales Qualification: Graduate / Diploma Job Overview We are looking for a results-driven D2C Sales Executive to handle direct residential customers for rooftop solar solutions. This role involves lead handling, onsite customer consultation, site coordination, and deal closure. The ideal candidate is confident interacting with homeowners, understands consultative selling, and can convert interest into installations while coordinating with internal technical teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Handling & Customer Engagement • Handle inbound and assigned residential solar leads • Contact homeowners via phone and in-person meetings and online video calls • Understand customer requirements (load, roof type, budget, payback) • Educate customers on: Rooftop solar systems, Net metering & government subsidy, Solar + battery backup options 2. Sales Consultation & Closure • Conduct site visits with technical coordination • Prepare and explain proposals and quotations • Negotiate pricing and close deals as per company guidelines • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets 3. Site Coordination & Handover • Coordinate with design and installation teams after order confirmation • Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution • Support documentation for:• Net metering• Subsidy applications 4. CRM, Follow-ups & Reporting • Maintain accurate lead and customer data in CRM • Follow up with prospects until closure or disqualification • Submit daily / weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager 5. Customer Experience & Relationship Management • Act as the single point of contact for customers during sales stage • Build trust with homeowners and address objections professionally • Ensure high customer satisfaction and referrals Requirements Education • Graduate / Diploma (Any discipline) Skills • Proven experience in B2C / D2C sales • Strong communication skills (Hindi & English mandatory) • Ability to explain technical products in simple language • Comfortable with site visits and field sales • Basic understanding of residential solar is preferred (training provided)
