Role Description The D365 F&O Finance Consultant will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Finance modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, ensuring financial accuracy, statutory compliance, and successful end‑to‑end delivery across implementations, upgrades, and support engagements. Key Responsibilities Functional Leadership • Lead requirement gathering, fit‑gap analysis, and solution design for D365 F&O Finance modules. • Own end‑to‑end implementation of: • General Ledger (GL) • Accounts Payable (AP) • Accounts Receivable (AR) • Fixed Assets • Cash & Bank Management • Budgeting and Cost Accounting • Configure financial dimensions, chart of accounts, fiscal calendars, and posting profiles. Compliance & Reporting • Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GST, VAT, multi‑country accounting). • Design and validate financial reports, management reports, and month‑end/year‑end close processes. • Support audit requirements and internal financial controls. Implementation & Delivery • Lead UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution. • Support data migration, opening balances, and reconciliation activities. • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, extensions, and data interfaces. • Provide go‑live and post‑go‑live (hypercare) support. • Strong accounting knowledge: • GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting • Hands‑on experience with: • Financial dimensions • Multi‑entity, multi‑currency setups • Intercompany accounting Experience in at least 2–3 end‑to‑end D365 F&O implementations. Skills dynamics 365 business central,dynamics 365 commerce,supply chain,f&o finance.
