Data Analyst

About the job

Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in Clinical Operations or Life Sciences. • Strong understanding of clinical operational datasets and processes (CTMS, eTMF, study conduct, enrollment, site performance, monitoring). • Proven experience in: • Data modeling concepts (ER diagrams, relationships, metadata). • Data profiling, data quality assessment, and root cause analysis. • Comparative analysis across systems, releases, or data versions. • Performing impact analysis for data or system changes. • Proficiency in SQL and data querying tools. • Experience with BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire). • Knowledge of clinical trial processes, and operational workflows. • Strong communication skills to translate technical data insights into business language. • Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
