Key responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and security of data across all eCommerce systems, as well as collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to generate actionable insights and recommendations. Performance monitoring is another key aspect of this role, which involves tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for eCommerce activities and analyzing customer data to understand behavior patterns and segment customers for targeted marketing and personalization strategies. A/B testing, market and competitor analysis, and data visualization are also essential skills required for this position, along with the ability to work closely with the eCommerce, marketing, and product teams to align data insights with business objectives and drive cross-functional projects.
