Company: Go Digit General Insurance Ltd Experience: 5+ years of experience Location: Bangalore Roles and Responsibilities: • Utilize statistical and data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets • Ensure data quality and integrity, implementing data validation and cleaning procedures as needed • Use the collected insights to create/update monthly customer steering review presentations for large clients • Identify opportunities to optimize pricing, underwriting, and claims processes through data analysis • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other relevant stakeholders • Monitor SLAs at client level and highlight risks if any in meeting the SLAs • Execute wellness programs for top corporates in collaboration with external and internal partners • Run schemes to increase app adoption among employees of our group health customers • Ensure timely completion of tech enablement being done to improve customer experience Skills: • Ability to develop cordial working relations with stakeholders across the value-chain • Must have sound ability to analyze and comprehend numerical data and derive logical conclusions based on the analysis • Ability to create coherent presentations using PowerPoint • Ability to track deliverables across multiple ongoing projects
