Job Description – Data Analyst Department: Digital Channels / Data & Business Analytics Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Location: As per organizational requirement CTC: As per market standards Role Summary The Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from (Digital Channels & Banking) systems to support business decisions, performance tracking, customer insights, and operational efficiency. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Data Management & Reporting - Collect, clean, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources (CRM, LOS, LMS, core banking, etc.). - Develop and automate dashboards and regular MIS reports for management. - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data. 2. Data Analysis - Perform trend analysis, variance analysis, and customer behavior analysis. - Identify gaps, patterns, and opportunities that support business growth. - Evaluate performance of digital channels, customer onboarding, and transactions. 3. Business Insights - Provide actionable insights to support business teams, product teams, and digital banking. - Analyze KPIs such as acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and revenue. - Support decision-making with data-driven recommendations. 4. Database & Querying - Extract and analyze data using SQL queries. - Work closely with tech teams to understand data architecture and improve data flow. 5. Dashboarding & Visualization - Build dashboards for leadership review (daily/weekly/monthly). - Track performance of campaigns, digital journeys, and operational SLAs. 6. Compliance & Data Governance - Ensure adherence to data quality standards, audit requirements, and security norms. - Maintain documentation of reports, definitions, and data processes.
