Role Overview We are seeking a passionate Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing performance and engagement data to help uncover insights that drive business growth and operational excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Finance to deliver compelling data-driven recommendations that improve decision-making company-wide. What You’ll Do • Gather & Prepare Data: Extract, consolidate, and clean data from various sources — databases, internal systems, and external platforms. • Analyze & Interpret: Apply statistical methods and analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that directly influence business strategy. • Visualize Insights: Build clear and intuitive dashboards, charts, and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent visualization software. • Report & Communicate: Translate complex analytical results into compelling stories and actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels. • Partner With Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and operational teams to define KPIs and analytics needs and iterate on data solutions. • Support Strategic Decisions: Influence decisions by providing accurate, timely, and relevant analytical insights to drive growth and improve outcomes. Who You Are • Analytical Thinker: You enjoy exploring data and transforming numbers into meaningful stories. • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with querying tools (e.g., SQL), spreadsheet analysis (Excel), and visualization platforms (Power BI/Tableau). • Detail-Oriented: You maintain strong attention to accuracy, consistency, and data quality. • Collaborative Communicator: You can explain complex analyses in simple terms and influence stakeholders with clarity. Preferred Skills & Experience • Experience in database querying (SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Familiarity with statistical concepts and data exploration techniques. • Bonus: experience with Python/R for advanced data transformation and automation.
