You will be part of a leading political consulting organization, Nation with NaMo, dedicated to supporting political campaigns. Your role as a Data Analyst will involve the following responsibilities: - Understanding important metrics and devising processes for benchmark and competitor analysis. - Developing algorithms for automating social media analysis tasks, performing statistical analysis, and refining models. - Taking ownership of projects from data extraction to reporting, including data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, and dashboarding. - Maintaining clear communication to understand data needs and report results effectively. - Creating efficient codes and processes for visually representative dashboards and automated report generation. - Identifying and rectifying errors/bugs in processes and dashboards to enhance robustness. - Developing tools/scripts for data pull, storage, and management. - Understanding business requirements related to digital advertising, political relevance, and social media performance measurement. - Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment of goals and strategies. Qualifications required for this role include: - Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related discipline from a reputed institute. - Aptitude for problem-solving, business acumen, and persistence in working with data. - Self-starter mentality, strong sense of ownership, and eagerness to learn. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and deliver accurate results. - Organizational skills to achieve time-bound results by coordinating with stakeholders. - 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or digital advertising is a plus. Key capabilities you must possess: - Good working knowledge of Python/SQL and MS Excel/Google Spreadsheet. - Ability to handle large, unstructured, and multi-dimensional datasets. - Knowledge of data representation tools like Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio is advantageous.
