This role is part of the Credit Team Personal Loan Division, focusing on data analytics, automation, and API-driven systems supporting credit operations and decisioning processes. Experience Required: 3 4 years of relevant experience Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Key Skills: Python, APIs, Linux, Docker, Postman, Excel, SQL (working knowledge will be an added advantage) Roles and Responsibilities: • Develop and manage Python-based utilities and automation scripts. • Design, build, and deploy APIs for data integration and automation. • Perform data analysis on large datasets to extract insights supporting credit decisioning. • Lead and contribute to automation initiatives to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. • Work in Linux/Docker-based environments, ensuring reliability and scalability. • Deliver projects within defined timelines and ensure effective stakeholder communication and management. • Maintain high standards of data quality, process accuracy, and system performance. Expectations: Candidates are expected to ensure timely delivery of assigned projects, effective timeline management, and clear stakeholder communication to meet business objectives.
