Roles & Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end analytical projects from data extraction to insight presentation • Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and data • Conduct advanced analysis to support business growth, customer insights, and performance optimization • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance) • Mentor junior analysts and review their outputs for accuracy and quality • Present data insights and recommendations to senior leadership The role is not restricted or limited to the roles and responsibilities mentioned above. Key Requirements: • 2 - 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics. • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data cleaning and manipulation. • Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio. • Basic understanding of databases and SQL. • High accuracy in data handling, validation, and quality checks. • Efficient in managing multiple data sources, maintaining proper documentation, and meeting reporting deadlines. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Operations to support analytical needs.
