About the Job: Surepass Technologies is hiring a Data Analyst to join their office in New Delhi. The role involves collecting, organising, and analysing data to generate actionable insights for the organisation. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to create dashboards, design data models, identify key trends, and support data-driven decision-making processes. The role also requires communicating findings effectively to stakeholders and recommending strategies to improve operations and business outcomes. Eligibility • Must have proven expertise in data analytics with proficiency in data visualisation tools and analysis techniques. • Must have a strong foundation in statistics and data modelling with experience in creating data representations and predictions. • Must possess exceptional analytical skills to interpret complex data and identify trends and patterns. • Must have effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and present data-driven recommendations clearly. • Must have proficiency in data tools or languages such as Python, SQL, R, or similar. • Must have experience handling large datasets and working in a fast-paced environment. • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. • Familiarity with the fintech or API-driven solutions industry will be an added advantage.
