Role Overview We're looking for a Data Analyst who can bring together data from multiple business verticals, organize it systematically, and extract actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with data integration, visualization, and reporting — turning scattered datasets into meaningful business intelligence. Key Responsibilities • Collect, clean, & consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources — including digital platforms, production systems, marketing performance tools, sales & databases. • Design and maintain data pipelines and dashboards for business reporting & performance tracking. • Work closely with business heads to understand KPIs and translate them into measurable data outputs. • Identify patterns, trends, and insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. • Automate repetitive reporting tasks and improve data accuracy across systems. • Collaborate with the tech and digital teams to improve data capture and flow between platforms. • Present insights and dashboards in an intuitive, easy-to-understand format for senior leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. • 4–6 years of experience in data analysis, preferably across multi-domain businesses. • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio). • Experience with Python or R for data analysis preferred. • Working knowledge of APIs and data integration between different business tools (CRM, Google Analytics, social media platforms, etc.). • Ability to translate data into actionable business insights and storytelling. • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
