We are hiring for a fast paced and growth oriented D2C Brand in the Food Industry segment for the Data Analyst Role for Mumbai location. • *Job Summary:** The role ensures the accuracy and integrity of Company data by collecting, cleaning and analyzing complex datasets to find patterns, trends, and insights, then presenting these findings through reports and visualizations (like dashboards) to help businesses make informed, data-driven decisions, often using tools like Advanced Excel, SQL etc for statistical analysis and automation. • *Key Responsibilities:** • Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources (internal & external) • Analyze operational data to identify trends, variances, and process gaps • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for the operations team and management • Use Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, dashboards, power queries) to manage large data sets • Work with the operations team to provide actionable insights and recommendations • Track KPIs and operational metrics such as productivity, efficiency, stock movement, etc. • Assist in data audits to ensure accuracy and reliability • Present findings in clear, visual reports for decision-making. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or related field • 1 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst / MIS Executive / Operations Analyst • Advanced Excel skills are mandatory (pivot tables, macros, formulas, dashboards, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.) • Ideal Candidate profile: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good communication skills (to work with cross-functional teams) • Ability to handle large data sets with accuracy and speed.
