Job Title: Data Analyst – E-commerce & D2C Location: Bangalore Experience: 4–7 years Reporting to: Head of E-commerce / Growth Role Summary Our client is a fast-growing wellness / nutraceutical brand operating across major Indian marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, 1mg, Myntra) and D2C digital channels. They are looking for a hands-on Data Analyst to own end-to-end analytics — from data extraction and automation to dashboards and business insights that directly impact revenue, advertising efficiency, inventory, and profitability. This is not a reporting-only role. Key Responsibilities Data & Pipelines • Extract data from marketplaces, D2C platforms, ad channels, CRM, and inventory systems • Build and maintain automated ETL pipelines using Python and SQL • Manage centralized data warehouse (BigQuery or similar) • Ensure data accuracy, refresh schedules, and reliability Analytics & Metrics • Own key KPIs: ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, contribution margin, CLTV, CAC, retention, inventory health, revenue forecasts • Standardize metric definitions across teams • Build models for forecasting, profitability, and performance analysis Dashboards & Reporting • Build dashboards in Power BI / Looker Studio for: • Marketplace performance • Ads & PPC performance • D2C funnel & retention • Inventory and leadership views • Automate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting Insights & Decision Support • Analyze pricing, keyword performance, ads efficiency, category trends, and customer behavior • Deliver actionable insights to E-commerce, Growth, Finance, and Leadership teams • Present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders Required Skills & Experience Must-Have • 4–7 years of experience in e-commerce / D2C analytics • Strong SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions) • Strong Python (Pandas, API integrations, automation) • Experience with Power BI or Looker Studio • Hands-on experience with GA4, Shopify Analytics • Experience with Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads • Experience building automated pipelines and dashboards Good to Have • Experience with BigQuery or cloud data warehouses • Marketplace exposure (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, 1mg) • FMCG / D2C / nutraceutical background What The Client Is Looking For • Strong ownership and accountability • Structured, detail-oriented thinking • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment • Bias towards automation and clean, reliable data Education • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent Skills: data analytics,etl,power bi
