Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Data Analyst / Lead Analyst based in Hong Kong SAR, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The responsibilities include analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights, developing data models, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and preparing detailed analytics reports. The Analyst will work closely with various departments to support strategic decision-making processes and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. Qualifications • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics for reviewing, interpreting, and utilizing datasets to solve business problems • Expertise in Statistics and Data Modeling to design and execute data-driven solutions and predictive models • Excellent Communication skills to articulate analytical findings and present them to various stakeholders effectively • Proficiency in relevant data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or Tableau) is highly desirable • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields • Previous experience in a data-driven or analytical role is an advantage
