Role Overview: You will be working as a part-time Data Analyst / Lead Analyst based in Hong Kong SAR, with the opportunity for partial work-from-home. Your main responsibilities will involve analyzing complex data sets, developing data models, monitoring KPIs, and preparing detailed analytics reports. You will collaborate closely with different departments to support strategic decision-making and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights - Develop data models and execute data-driven solutions and predictive models - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Prepare detailed analytics reports for various stakeholders - Collaborate with different departments to support strategic decision-making processes Qualification Required: - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Data Analytics for reviewing, interpreting, and utilizing datasets to solve business problems - Expertise in Statistics and Data Modeling to design and execute data-driven solutions and predictive models - Excellent communication skills to articulate analytical findings and present them effectively to stakeholders - Proficiency in relevant data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or Tableau) is highly desirable - Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields - Previous experience in a data-driven or analytical role is an advantage.
