Job Title: Data Analyst / Power BI Developer Work Experience : (3–5 Years) Location: Mumbai (On-Site) Salary Range : 8-10 LPA Joining: Immediate to 15 Days About The Opportunity We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst / Power BI Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence and analytics solutions. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about transforming raw data into meaningful insights and have strong expertise across the Power BI ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional and client-facing teams to design, develop, and maintain impactful dashboards and reporting solutions that drive strategic decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI • Perform data modeling and implement optimized data structures • Develop complex DAX calculations and advanced M queries • Transform and prepare data using Power Query • Deploy and manage reports in Power BI Service • Configure and manage Power BI Gateway • Handle Power BI administration activities (license management, access control, scheduling, deployment management, permissions) • Write and optimize complex SQL queries • Collaborate with client teams and internal stakeholders to gather requirements • Maintain proper documentation of BI processes and solutions • Manage tasks effectively and support project coordination **Required Skills & Experience** • 3–5 years of relevant experience in BI / Power BI Development • Strong hands-on experience in: • Power BI Desktop • Power Query • Power BI Service • Power BI Gateway • Advanced knowledge of DAX and M Query • Strong understanding of database fundamentals and data modeling concepts • Experience in report deployment and environment management • Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries • Excellent communication skills (mandatory – client interaction involved) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good documentation and task management abilities **Education** • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) • Relevant certifications in Power BI / Microsoft BI tools are a plus Skills: dax, power bi, data modeling, modeling, data, management, business intelligence, analytics
