As a Data Analytics Analyst at Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in supporting the explosive growth of the company. Your responsibilities will involve a hybrid of traditional jobs in strategic planning, sales strategy, business operations, reporting, and analysis. This role requires a mix of market analysis, account optimization, and business operational support within a high-performance team of professionals from diverse backgrounds. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver recommendations and insights to support senior stakeholders in managing their KPIs - Understand the underlying data architecture supporting the Renewals business to report on business performance and forecast results - Identify and optimize the true drivers of financial performance, productivity, customer engagement, and other metrics - Assist in developing and delivering presentations for senior executives - Create detailed analytic models, custom performance analysis, scalable reporting, and presentation-ready content for executives - Engage with various areas of the organization and provide exposure to senior executives • *Qualifications Required:** - 2+ years of management consulting and/or business analytics experience - Bachelors degree in a quantitative field from an accredited university; MBA is a plus - Experience in quantitative analysis, Excel, and logical reasoning - Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools, SQL, CRM, and data management - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization and influence others - Detail-oriented with a passion for learning new concepts, business models, and technologies
