Data Analytics (Job Code: Business Intelligence) (Contractual) Experience & Skills requirements: • 3 to 5 years of IT Industry experience with deep focus in BI or data warehousing or any analytics projects • Experience in Business Intelligence is mandatory • Post-graduation from reputed institutes would be preferred • Experience in Business Analysis or Quality Assurance in BI or Analytics program ... s, with at least one end-to-end implementation • Querying and Analyzing data: Ability to deep dive into data sources for data exploration as well as troubleshooting for outliers for defining business rules • Ability to analyze and interpret numbers, trends, patterns, and data to develop new conclusions based on the findings • Domain experience in Recruitment Processing / Payroll process is plus • Have the ability to collaborate and communicate with recruitment experts / payroll mangers / payroll directors / hiring managers • Must have the ability to single-handedly communicate requirements/issues/concerns to the end stakeholders • Must have prior exposure to change management /communication/socialization profiles with end user • Must possess excellent communication skills • Must value to operate in a collaborative and cooperative environment • Exposure to transformation projects would be a plus • Exposure to Databricks • Data Migration –Tools Knowledge: • Must possess intermediate SQL knowledge in current profile • Experience in at least one BI tool preferably Power BI, Power Query • Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase/Smart view would be a Plus • Strong Excel macros / VBA programming is must • Strong on Python • Strong on Databricks Qualification: Masters / Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science or related field
