Note : Women Candidates Preferred What We Expect From You : Strategic Leadership : - Lead the development and execution of GEDUs Group Data & Analytics Strategy, aligned with academic and business priorities. - Define and oversee Group-wide Data Architecture to integrate data from all systems and institutions. - Design and implement the GEDU Data Warehouse as the single source of truth for academic, student, financial, HR, and marketing data. - Partner with academic and operational leaders to embed data-driven decision making across institutions. Data Platform & Architecture : - Architect a modern, cloud-based data platform using Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Power BI, and related Azure services. - Build scalable data pipelines to ingest, transform, and harmonize data. - Develop and maintain standardized data models reflecting the full student lifecycle from admissions to alumni engagement. Analytics & Insights : - Establish a centralized analytics framework delivering enterprise dashboards, KPIs, and institutional scorecards. - Drive the adoption of self-service analytics. Governance & Compliance : - Establish GEDUs Data Governance Framework roles, responsibilities, and standards across all institutions. Leadership & Collaboration : - Build and lead a central Data & Analytics team. - Collaborate closely with institutional CTOs, Registrars, and leadership teams. What Experience Will You Bring to the Role ? - Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Extensive leadership experience. - Mandatory experience in the Higher Education sector. - Deep expertise in Azure-based data platforms. Desirable Experience : - Knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines.
