We are looking for a hands-on Data and AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications that accelerate innovation and decision-making across the enterprise. This role is ideal for an engineer passionate about turning cutting-edge research into production-grade systems, with a strong focus on leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Agent space as strategic platforms for AI innovation. Position Data & AI Engineer Location IND, Bangalore, KAHyderabad (SAL) IN How You'll Create Possibilities Key Responsibilities: Model Development & Deployment • Build and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models for NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems. • Develop APIs and microservices for model inference and seamless integration into enterprise applications. • Implement scalable training and inference pipelines using distributed computing frameworks on Google Cloud Platform. AI Engineering & Integration • Leverage Agent space to design, deploy, and manage intelligent agents supporting enterprise workflows. • Apply retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector search techniques for enhanced model performance. • Integrate open-source and commercial LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face models) into GCP-hosted applications. • Implement monitoring, evaluation, and continuous learning pipelines for AI solutions. Collaboration • Work closely with data scientists, platform engineers, and business teams to translate use cases into AI-powered solutions. • Contribute to reusable libraries, frameworks, and best practices for enterprise AI development. What You'll Bring to Our Team Qualifications Required: • 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied machine learning. • Proficiency in Python (preferred) and experience with ML frameworks • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Vertex AI, AI/ML pipelines, Pub/Sub, etc.). • Strong understanding of embeddings, vector databases, and LLM integration. • Experience deploying AI models in cloud or hybrid environments. Preferred: • Familiarity with Agent space and agentic orchestration frameworks. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD for ML (MLOps). • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
