Remote / Hybrid (India) Contract to Hire | Short & Long-Term Engagements Why this role? At DataDives, we work on real-world data platforms powering analytics, reporting, and AI use cases. If you enjoy building production-grade pipelines, fixing broken jobs at 2 AM (occasionally 😄), and making data reliable — you’ll love this role. • What you’ll work on Build and maintain batch & near–real-time data pipelines • Work with large datasets across data lakes and databases • Optimize Spark jobs for performance and stability • Orchestrate workflows using Airflow or similar • Implement data quality checks and validations • Debug pipeline failures and production issues • Collaborate with cloud and analytics teams • Tech stack (hands-on experience expected) Python (primary language) • Apache Spark / PySpark - Databricks • Apache Airflow or similar • SQL (any major database) • Data lakes (object storage) • Basic experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure preferred) You don’t need to know everything — but you should be comfortable owning what you touch. • Who should apply 2+ years of hands-on data engineering experience • Experience supporting production pipelines • Comfortable reading logs and debugging failures • Able to work independently with minimal hand-holding • Open to contract or contract-to-hire (C2H) roles • Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred • Why DataDives Focused Data & AI engineering company • Real ownership, real responsibility • No unnecessary interview rounds • Opportunity to convert into long-term roles • Exposure to multiple real-world data platforms
