About the job

As Alpha Data Operations Analyst you will • Deliver Accurate and Timely Data Ensure all client data is delivered on schedule, with precision, and within agreed scope. • Serve as a Process and Platform SME Act as the subject matter expert for processes and platforms; perform root cause analysis of data issues and provide clear resolutions for queries and requests. • Support Testing and Transition Phases Participate in internal and client testing prior to go-live, manage post-production transitions, and continuously improve live processes. • Collaborate Across Functions Work closely with Implementation, Service Management, and IT teams to share best practices, resolve issues, and standardize global processes. • End-to-End Data Validation & Enrichment Ensure accurate data validation and enrichment between multiple systems to maintain data integrity. • SQL Query Development Build and optimize queries independently to identify breaks, improve performance, and enhance process efficiency. • Data Interface & Connectivity Expertise Maintain a clear understanding of data interfaces and connectivity to resolve issues and ensure smooth BAU deliveries. What We Value These skills will help you succeed in this role • Industry knowledge, experience in Middle Office Operations, Transaction Management, Corporate Actions, Derivatives, Performance & Analytics, etc. will be an advantage. • Strong SQL knowledge, hands-on experience with database/data warehouse. • Strong Data analytics / Software development background and interpersonal skills. • Attention to details, problem solving, and decision making. • “Can do” attitude. Education & Preferred Qualifications • 4+ years of experience in the financial services industry. • Experience in working with Product and Technology teams to provide requirements for automation initiatives.
