R Systems is seeking an experienced Data Privacy Compliance Analyst to join our dynamic team in Pune. As a key member of our Compliance Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring our organization adheres to data privacy regulations and standards, including GDPR and CCPA. Your expertise will help mitigate data privacy risks, manage compliance audits, and establish robust data governance practices. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and manage data privacy compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA. - Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and audits to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations. - Monitor and assess vendor management processes related to data handling and privacy to ensure compliance standards are met. - Assist in the formation and update of privacy policies and practices as needed to align with evolving regulations. - Lead incident response efforts related to data breaches, ensuring thorough investigations and compliance with notification requirements. - Act as a compliance specialist, providing training and guidance to staff across the organization on data privacy and compliance matters. - Prepare reports and documentation for management and regulatory agencies as required. - Stay informed about the latest developments in global data privacy laws and compliance trends. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Law, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 7 to 9 years of experience in data privacy compliance or a related field. - Deep understanding of data privacy regulations, particularly GDPR and CCPA. - Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and data governance frameworks. - Experience in vendor management and privacy audits. - Proven track record of developing and implementing privacy policies and compliance programs. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. - Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to risk compliance and mitigation.
