Eastvantage is looking for a Data Reporting Associate to support our core Data Analytics team in preparing accurate and timely reports across the organization. The role focuses on data management, reporting, and analysis to ensure stakeholders have the insights they need for decision-making. The Data Reporting Associate position is ideal for someone with a strong command of Excel and SQL, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality MIS reports. Key Accountabilities • Assist in preparing and maintaining MIS reports and dashboards for different business functions. • Support in data collection, validation, and organization from multiple sources for reporting and analysis. • Perform data analysis using Excel and SQL to generate insights and support management decisions. • Maintain data accuracy and consistency across reports and internal databases. • Collaborate with the Data Analyst to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports and metrics. • Assist in automating recurring reports and improving reporting processes. • Use Power BI or similar tools to create basic dashboards and visualizations (a plus). Essential Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, MIS reporting, or database management. • Proficiency in Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and charts) and SQL for querying and managing data. • Fair understanding of data quality principles. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver accurate results within deadlines. • Experience with Power BI or other visualization tools is an advantage.
