Role We are seeking a curious, analytical, and business-savvy Data Science Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across Commercial, Financial, and HR domains. Key Responsibilities • Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement. • Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Glue, SQL and PySpark. • Build and validate predictive models, statistical analyses, and machine learning algorithms. • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges. • Communicate findings through clear visualizations, dashboards, and presentations. • Ensure data quality and integrity through validation checks. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field. • 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or machine learning. • Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, PySpark, and data visualization tools. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
