This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large datasets, building predictive models, and translating complex data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover trends, optimize performance, and support strategic initiatives through advanced analytics. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement. - Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Glue, SQL and PySpark. - Develop and orchestrate data transformation workflows using AWS Glue, Step Functions, Lambda’s. - Build and validate predictive models, statistical analyses, and machine learning algorithms to support forecasting, segmentation, and optimization. - Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering to prepare datasets for modeling. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical questions. - Communicate findings through clear visualizations, dashboards, and presentations using tools like Power BI or Quick Sight or Tableau. - Support the deployment and monitoring of models in production environments in collaboration with data engineering teams. - Ensure data quality and integrity through validation checks and documentation. - Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques in data science and analytics. **Required Skills & Qualifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field. - 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or machine learning. - Proficiency in: - Python or R for data analysis and modeling - SQL, PySpark for data extraction and manipulation - Data visualization tools (Power BI, Quick Sight, Tableau) - Machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, etc.) - Experience working with enterprise data sources such as AWS Redshift, Salesforce, Workday. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical audiences. - Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and compliance standards is a plus.
