Data Science Consultant, you will be responsible for advising the customer and recommending software configuration alternatives to optimize the solution so that the customer may realize the maximum value from the software. What You’ll Do • Extend and optimize classifiers using advanced machine learning techniques. • Conduct data mining using cutting-edge methods and tools. • Work as part of a regional and global support team, supporting customer running Pricing solutions and in the future our Cognitive solutions. • Integrate third-party data sources to enhance the company’s datasets when necessary. • Refine data collection procedures to ensure relevant data is available for analytic systems. • Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis. • Perform ad-hoc analysis and present results clearly to stakeholders and customers. • Address customer concerns regarding forecasting issues and data quality, and write codes to perform forecasting checks. • Adhere to ITIL standards for support case management. What We Are Looking For • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., Linear Regression, K-Means Clustering, Naive Bayes). • Proficiency in data science toolkits such as Python, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn. • Experience in supply chain concepts and statistical analysis.
