Job Title: Data Science Intern Location: On-Site (Mohali) Organization: Growth Natives About Us At Growth Natives, we build and scale advanced AI-driven utilities for modern marketing, sales, and RevOps functions. Our AI products range from autonomous chatbots and agentic CRM intelligence tools to RAG-based insight engines, structured data automation, and AI SEO visibility systems. We focus on deploying production-grade solutions using LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, and scalable architecture grounded in real-world marketing tech stacks. Internship Overview We are seeking a technically strong and intellectually curious Data Science Intern to support the development of our AI utilities. This role will offer hands-on exposure to LLM pipelines, autonomous agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and data intelligence workflows. Key Responsibilities • Contribute to development and refinement of AI utilities. • Implement and evaluate Agentic AI workflows using LangChain and LangGraph. • Build, fine-tune, and deploy RAG pipelines with vector databases for enterprise-scale retrieval systems. • Preprocess and manage structured/unstructured data from MySQL, MongoDB, Marketing Automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). • Integrate AI workflows with internal tools and APIs. • Participate in model testing, evaluation, and fine-tuning on real-world datasets. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to operationalize ML/AI systems. Required Skills • Proficiency in Python for data science, scripting, and backend automation. • Understanding of core machine learning concepts (e.g., supervised learning, classification, model evaluation). • Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks • Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph. • Working knowledge of Vector DBs (e.g., FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone) for RAG workflows. • Comfort with both SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) data stores. • Version control using Git.
